2:30 p.m. Train to Logan (22-mile round trip)

Take a leisurely trip on a passenger train dating back to the 1920s. Hear about Hocking Valley history as you pass the remains of industries, canal locks and other historic landmarks. Visit Robbins Crossing, an 1840s pioneer log village. (Please note: Robbins Crossing is only open from Memorial Day weekend through the end of October.)

Train dates: Every Saturday and Sunday from May 24 until November 2, 2008. This train ride departs at 2:30 p.m. and lasts approximately 2 1/4 hours including a 30-minute stop at Robbins Crossing.

Cost: Adult $15; Senior (60+) $13; Child (3-12) $10 (Under 3 yrs. old ride free but must sit on guardian's lap.)

TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE WILL BE HELD AT THE DEPOT. Tickets MUST be picked 30 minutes prior to the departure time of the train.Any ticket order canceled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a $10 fee.

 

Tickets may also be purchased in the depot. The depot opens two hours prior to departure of the first train of the day.

 

GROUP DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE ON THIS TRAIN.

Note:
Individual seats are not assigned.
Only the first class car has restrooms and air conditioning.
All coaches are heated for Fall Foliage and Santa Trains.
Food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted on the ride but not served.
Smoking is not permitted on any part of train at any time.
Only certified guide/service dogs accompanying passengers with disabilities are permitted on the train.
The train runs regardless of the weather.
Any refunds made less than 48 hours before departure will be assessed a fee of $10.
